C5 has classes available for boys and girls starting from 3 years old.
We hold classes in Hip-hop, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and Singing & Drama.
Our classes have a modern approach to fit with today’s latest trends in music and dance.
We operate most weeknights and weekends throughout the school year, with many different classes available.
C5 also holds summer and winter performance workshops with Industry professional such as actor Luke Carroll (Home and Away), Jeremy Youett (Priscilla Queen of the desert) and Laura Cockrill (Shout).
Chanelle Woods - Principal of C5 Dance Studio
Was trained in all areas of dance and performance at Janice Breen Performance studios as a child and teenager. Chanelle has performed in many exciting and prestigious events and shows such Cinderella the Pantomime, Channel 7’s Carols in the Domain 1989-2001, Fox kids, the opening of Fox studios, The Opening Ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Olympics just to name a few.
Chanelle has been teaching since the age of 16 volunteering at local primary schools and then onto local dance schools; in 2003 she was given the opportunity to take over L and N dance studio in Pagewood and since then has worked on making it her own.
In this time the student’s numbers have more than doubled at C5 and the dance school has gained a great team of talented teachers as well as winning awards in the Ryde Eisteddfods in 2006. This year (2007) C5dance studio gained the honour of performing as the South’s Care Kids in the pre match entertainment for the South Sydney Football club, we look forward to continued success and what 2008 brings to C5.
