Exchange Policy for Online Store Customers

For exchanging of products that were ordered in the incorrect size from our Online Store. Customers who are unable to bring that to the store will be required to post that order back to us and include a self addressed satchel for returning. Failure to do so will cause a delay with the exchange while we chase up payment for re-postage. However if the mistake was made by one of our staff or a manufacturers fault we will take on the costs.
